By accessing or using Stellarora ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Stellarora is a product of Mobiplay, a software development studio based in South Africa.

2. Description of service

Stellarora is a faith-rooted daily guidance Progressive Web App that delivers one personalised action step each morning, drawn from biblical wisdom and shaped around your stated struggles and goals. The Service is available via web browser and can be installed on your device home screen without an app store.

3. Account registration

To use Stellarora you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure and confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use at hello@stellarora.com

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Stellarora.

4. Free and paid plans

Stellarora offers a free plan and three paid subscription tiers — Monthly ($9/month), Annual ($59/year), and Guided ($89/year). Paid plans are billed in advance and managed through Creem.io as our payment processor.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us

• Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service without permission
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Share your account credentials with others

6. AI-generated content

Daily guidance is generated using artificial intelligence (DeepSeek API) based on biblical wisdom and your stated personal context. This content is for inspirational and motivational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice — whether psychological, financial, medical, legal, or spiritual. You should seek qualified professional advice for serious personal, financial, or health matters.

7. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and branding on Stellarora is owned by Mobiplay and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.

Biblical text references are in the public domain. AI-generated guidance is produced for your personal use only.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Stellarora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the guidance provided will achieve any particular outcome in your life. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Mobiplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
